First Quarter

Rutgers University has completed the laboratory analysis work on total alkaloids on Voacanga and Griffonia. Final reports on both have been submitted and the government institution, the Ghana Standards Board has issued final inspection manuals, standards and norms for Voacanga and Griffonia to the industry.

Second Quarter

Pre-testing of the illustrated posters for Good and Bad Practices of Griffonia has begun and feedback will be furnished to Ghanaian Stadandard Board to review the document before larger distribution.Begoro Kombo processors  were provided with financial and technical assistance to produce high quality Kombo butter.
